Kerala Varkala - Trivandrum - 2 Nights & 3 Days Itinerary : Day 01:Upon arrival at the Trivandrum Airport / Railway station our representative will cordially welcome you and take you by road to Varkala (01 Hr Drive); on arrival check-in into hotel. Enjoy the evening watching a spectacular sunset or swimming at the picturesque Varkala Beach. Overnight at the hotel. Day 02:Varkala is the perfect place for a holiday getaway to enjoy golden beaches and is also rich with history. Places to visit: The Janardhanaswamy Temple, also known as Varkala Temple is a temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu built 20 centuries ago. The significant feature of the temple is the huge old bell which is considered an oblation to the temple. Timings are 4am to 12pm and from 5pm to 8pm. Entry is free. The Papanasam Beach, also known as Varkala Beach, is one of the best beaches in Kerala because of the view it offers from the cliff top. Like its name suggests, its water has medicinal properties and is believed to wash off one's impurities and sins. The Samadhi situated within the premises of the beach is the resting place of the great philosopher, Sree Narayana Guru and attracts many devotees. The Kappil Beach, a little away from Varkala, is a beach-backwater destination. The road splitting the two waterbodies [west is the majestic Arabian sea and to the east is the calm and serene backwaters]; the backwater and the Arabian Sea, is a treat to the eye. Day 03:After breakfast check out from the Hotel and drive to Trivandrum Airport / railway station (depend on your departure place) for your flight / train back home, feeling contented about a wonderful holiday you spent in the God's Own Country. If no alternate tour /  dates can be arranged by travelpanorama.in,  your tour may be cancelled and partial payment booking amount will be refunded. In extreme cases,you tour may be cancelled by travel panorama.in for unavoidable reasons ( within 24 hours  of booking) and 100% of your booking amount will be refunded.
