Difficulty: Easy to Moderate Trek Distance: 10 km (Both ways)Standing at an altitude of 1520 metres, Netravati Peak lies between Belthangady Taluk in Dakshina Kannada and Chikkamagaluru district of Karnataka. Part of the majestic Western Ghats, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its rich biodiversity, this trek offers stunning landscapes, lush greenery, and a comparatively less-crowded trail experience. Though located close to famous peaks like Kudremukh, Netravati remains one of the hidden gems of Chikkamagaluru trekking routes.Important Notes:Netravati trek permits are issued strictly based on Forest Department availability. In case permits are unavailable, the The Fitness Gone Wild (TFGW) team reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or refund the event.The trek may be scheduled either on Day 1 or Day 2 depending on permit allocation and operational requirements. Participants are requested to remain flexible with the itinerary.
